The Visual Student » Hearst photo finalists announced

The William Randolph Hearst Foundation announced the six finalists for the 50th Annual Photojournalism Championships in New York City. The finalists will participate in spot assignments, and will compete for additional awards ranging from $1,500 to $5,000.
