This may be a seriously good business for photographers to go into. Hot commercial/fine-art photographer Todd Eberle has taken private commissions. “We fetishize  homes now, in a way we never did before,” he says.  Even the famed architectural photographer Julius Schulman (seen here in a photo by Monica Almeida for the Times) takes private commissions.
