Last Wednesday, an eight-story commercial building called Rana Plaza, in Savar, Bangladesh, collapsed suddenly with more than 3,000 garment industry workers inside. In the five days since, rescuers have been digging frantically, searching for survivors, rescuing hundreds. As of today, with the confirmed death toll nearing 400, attempts to locate any more survivors have been halted
