CENTER’s Project Launch Winner: Johnny Miller | LENSCRATCH

Johnny Miller received CENTER’s Project Launch Award from three significant jurors. His project, Unequal Scenes, looks at the separation of communities from the air for a profound look at the haves and have-nots.
