The International Center of Photography recently announced that it would be leaving its museum space on Sixth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan at the end of this year. It has not yet disclosed plans for temporary or permanent exhibition space. Mark Lubell, the former director of Magnum Photos, became executive director of ICP in November 2013. He spoke with James Estrin about the future of I.C.P.
